I’m very happy here, and the porch is just adorable. It smelled like freshly painted walls when we first moved in. The neighbors have been quiet, and friendly in passing.

submitted by Sai R. - |Recommended: YesGreat community, but apts need a little redoing — One of the bedrooms does not have an A C. Also the A C in other rooms are very old. This alone is very inconvenient considering the summer heat.

My move-in went very smoothly and the unit is in great condition Fresh paint, clean carpets, smelled and looked clean. My first work order was completed within 12 hours and the guys were friendly. Great first impressions My only complaints are being able to hear the upstairs neighbors very clearly and the laundry room good be cleaner.

Except for normal setbacks in transitioning i.e. payment, immediate maintenance responses, etc. the roperty is being managed well. The laundry room should be made cleaner and the machines better maintained cost went up but machines are leaving motor parts matrks on clean clothes . My garbage disposal was repaired screw from found inside--probably dsmantled from old part inside . Thank you.

submitted by Lisa P. - |Recommended: YesNice place — Very quiet for the amount of buildings in the complex. Unit size is good, you don't feel cramped. Heat hot water included is a plus, though my unit is warm enough to not need the heat on in winter but need A C on most of summer. I like the temp around 68 in winter Maintenance people are prompt courteous when I've needed them. As with any complex snow removal can be challenging, but that's to be expected.
