If you have troubles, the staff maintainence will come and help you with whatever you need fixing. All in all, it's not a bad place to live

submitted by DeeAnne C. - |Recommended: YesLoud Dog Owners upstairs — I love living here except to the fact that there are rude people upstairs that play outside games constantly with their large German Shepard even after 2 complaints have been made to the property staff. They also leave the dog in a crate where it continues to bang against the sides that hits the walls. Sadly I would have given this place a 10 10 if it wasnt for that fact. However the maintenance staff are extremely quick to fix anything that breaks and they are always very respectful and clean while they work. One tip if you want to rent here is to make sure someone with a large dog doesnt live above you and than you will have a good experience.

View of dumpster and detritus resulting from careless use might be improved by the construction of a shelter and scheduled clean-up. Staff is easy to work with and is responsive to resident concerns.
