|Recommended: YesPrompt and professional maintenance — It is quite. near the river scene. Clean. Snow removal in time. Landscaping kept well and in order. Due to Covid19, I did not have recently any face to face contact with the new Staff manager but I have heard from those who had made contact with them that they are nice and supportive.

|Recommended: YesThe company does a great job keeping it clean outside and on time maintenance with excellent Maintenance Staff — I love it here, as I have enjoyed being in this community for the last 4 years. Few things are always there for improvement but an overall great experience. We love the pool although they don't do a great job cleaning consistently and all the amenities. They Dolben communicated great in the past with any issues and I am expecting a similar level of communication from the new company. The only thing that might cause us to move out is the yearly increase of the rent which is about 3 and after being here for 4 years the numbers slowly starting to stop making sense for 1100 sq feet in Manchester. Overall it been a fantastic experience and I doubt anyone will regret it being here.
Hi Mosfek,
Thank you so much for your feedback! We really appreciate the voices of our residents and what they have to say. Unfortunately the market is something that affects the newly proposed rates for renewals every year. Being a market rate community that can be hard on some residents, and we do encourage all residents to keep in touch with us about their renewals and what they are looking for. We would love to keep you. Please feel free to reach out to me any time! My direct line is 603-310-5905.

|Recommended: YesA cozy place to call home — Overall a cozy corner to live. Only complaint is the neighbors can be a little loud here and there, but everyone seems friendly enough around the building. Service calls are easy to schedule and have been very professional, courteous, and able to get work done when we needed it. Plenty of off-street parking and excellent work with snow removal. The two-bed apartment is very spacious and I love the small balcony for some outdoor seating viewing.
|Recommended: NoMediocre Overprices — This place has very rude property managers for as long as i have lived here. Maintenance is always nice whenever there is an issue, but management doesn't take the roaches seriously. Overpriced for such an outdated apartment and the animal fee is too high.
|Recommended: YesSo-so pricing, great maintenance staff — If it weren't for the fact that I have an incredible view, I would say this place is on the overpriced side of things. The maintenance staff is always very prompt and efficient. I've never had an issue go more than 48 hours without being fixed depending on the severity of the issue. The biggest issue is the lack of notice for just about anything large scale. Often times there will be large inconveniences that are barely given 24 hour notice, if there's notice given at all. There have been times where they never emailed us about snow plowing and then started banging on the door and honking the horn outside to get people to move their cars. That would be fine because they have to do what they have to do, but without any prior email notice it's just obnoxious. Also, 100 late fees for being less than 24 hours late on rent is incredibly egregious.
For the amount of people that are in the area though it is very quiet and peaceful and it's in a great part of town. The biggest issue is really just with the property staff itself and pricing. Maintenance is great, location is great. Parking is never an issue as long as you're actually allowed to be living here and are on the lease.
|Recommended: YesHigh price for what it is — good place to live for a couple years, parking is good during winter.
|Recommended: YesNice place — Great location, friendly neighborhood, looks nice.
|Recommended: YesComfortable — I feel like the area is comfortable, and somewhat affordable to other apartments in the area. Balconies are nice. The parking is definitely the worst part, of people parking in the road that block the parking lots exit view. And parking can become over crowded if you show up past 8 pm usually.
|Recommended: YesSome agreeable pros and cons — I'd say that It fits the bill for what you pay.

|Recommended: YesGets most things right — Generally like living at colonial village. Buildings are usually in pretty good shape and any problems that come up are swiftly addressed by maintenance. Some apartments are newer than others and thus in better shape, mines a bit older but not too bad. Parking can be a bit tough at building 150 because tenants from the next building over park in our lot. 95 of the time I can find at least one space, though. Overall this is a pretty good place to live, just wish they would take into account tenant loyalty before they raise rent every year. If it keeps going up, it's going to make more sense for me to move elsewhere.

|Recommended: YesDecent place to live — We've lived here for 2 years. The office and maintenance staff are excellent. The rent has gone up considerably since we moved in and their month to month policy is incredibly expensive.
