The location is conveniently right next to the highway, so it's easy for me to get to work. I especially loved the spacious kitchen and ample shelving in the apartment.

|Recommended: YesOverall beautiful and well-kept apartment complex — The staff members are always friendly with me, the gym could use some extra maintenance and repairs, the clubhouse is great for parties, and the pool is big enough for a few families. The tennis and basketball courts generally look clean, so do the playground and the dog park. I've never had to park in front of the build because there always is enough parking spots for everyone also, I've used the grill near the parking lot a few times and it works just fine. I wish every building had a recycling dumpster, though - that would be very convenient. The rooms are of a good size, so are the kitchen and the bathroom. I'm pretty content with how things are.

It's great to know you're enjoying your apartment home and all Greenview has to offer. We will look into increasing our recycling in the future but when we had a dumpster at each building a few years ago they got filled with regular trash most times. It can't hurt to keep trying. |Recommended: YesGood property, residents are well informed. — We like living in Greenview. There are good amenities pool, gym, dog park that aren't huge but are kept up, nice to use, and never too busy. Ample parking and management is good about snow removal. We feel safe with all building exteriors having locks.
