As Property Manager I have the tough calls to make and my decisions are not always popular with everyone but are for the betterment of the community. |Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Overall the place is great to live at, especially if you have dogs. Each apartment is spacious and the maintenance crew does a great job keeping the property updated. Only two issues I have ever had are limited parking for Building 25 and residents failing to clean up their dogs' waste. The property actually has stations set up around the area that provide dog waste bags so there is no excuse.
The management is exceptional and neighbors are friendly. Close access to 93 and 293 are a plus.

|Recommended: NoWell maintained, but crowded with vehicles — I've had numerous issues with Parking and maintenance. In My opinion maintenance does a lazy job when asked to clean things that naturally grow mold due to poor insulation, also half of the amenities I was promised in my lease are not available to me and they refuse to discount rent because of it. Office Staff always seems new at their job and redirects all questions to there corporate office. I pay good money to live here and have not been treated fairly during this covid 19 issue. Suffice to say I am glad to be ending my lease in the coming months. Entirely overpriced. I hope they take this review and improve in the future but as for now I would not recommend any of my friends live here.

We're sorry to hear we have not lived up to your expectations. We supply parking stickers to our residents to keep the lots from getting full of non-resident cars. I agree it's a shame that the covid virus had put a damper on using our clubhouse for a brief time however the fitness center, pool and sports courts are now open. Thank you for your review and we'll definitely strive to do better.

They helped us get into an apartment quickly and guided us through the whole process. Amazing staff, great apartments, all around the best place I've lived so far

|Recommended: YesCouldn't ask for a better experience — I've been here for nearly two years and my experience has only improved. It started off a little shaky but the Property Manager quickly turned that around with the change in staff, they are friendly and accountable in making sure they follow through on tasks when you bring them to their attention. Their maintenance crew is incredibly, Bobby in particular is incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have never once heard my neighbors nor the elevator that I live right next to. This is by far the best place I've ever lived

|Recommended: YesAfter 6 months here — It's location is very good. The noise level is very good most of the time. Because of the virus that has restricted use of physicality like club house, can only commit on earlier use which is good. Haven't used the pool yet and not sure if that will happen this year. Wish there was an elevator to get to storage on 4th floor, not easy bringing or getting things there. Not for me becaue I have only one car but I see it is a problem for some.

You'll be pleased to know that the fitness center in the clubhouse is now open and unlike a lot of other communities our pool is also open with some minor restrictions to promote social distancing. Residents are real happy about that especially during this lengthy heat wave. We offer off street parking for up to 2 cars so hopefully that helps. Guests can park on the nearby streets. Thanks again!

|Recommended: YesSafe and protected — I used to live next door 15 years ago at Oakbrook always walked over here and said this would be a nicer area to live. Lived in FL recently but relocated back to the Granite State in June 2019. The first place I wanted to look at was Greenview. Everything happened so fast and so good, no hiccups. Ian and Lindsay at the time was a big help to me. Made everything so easy with no worries. I feel protected, easy to get to the highway the place itself is nice and grounds are beautiful. I'm happy to be here.

|Recommended: YesVery nice — Very quiet but parking is tough on the street. If husband and wife live in a 1 bedroom only 1 parking pass is given.
